Between 2006-2017 yearly in October, Our wonderful partner  Pacific Fabric stores have collected for the WfW project and WfW then delivered the gifts in

four counties the weeks before Thanksgiving.

WfW also participated in the lovely Blessings of the handmade Hats and Scarves Services. 57 Interfaith and or Ecumenical services have been held over the last ten years just before Thanksgiving.

Scholarship aWARD

On June 16th, 2014 WarmforWinter founder with Mosa Baczewski presented a $500 scholarship and certificate to scholar recipient Ms. Guroglu. A Kamiak HS 2014 graduate had composed a compelling and inspirational essay then sent to our Baczewski scholarship committee. This scholarship fund will go towards Ms. Guroglu's Fall 2014 tuition. Ms. Guroglu was chosen with her involvements in school, athletics and charity. Memorial scholarship in MaryBaczewski's name.

This past October 2017 WarmforWinter partner Pacific Fabrics collected over 2,000 handmade hats and scarves marking their 11th Year! Congregations and individuals gifted more than 500+ as well all delivered into three Puget Sound Counties. Thank you All!! This year WfW will be advising handmade gift makers where they are able to deliver their beautiful creations themselves as well.
